Cherry Soda?

Here is something just for fun.  I ended up eating the whole plate of these.  I am not quite sure where we would use them in our cuisine.  Maybe we will just serve them by the plate or bowl.  We just put the cherries in a whip cream canister and used CO2 instead of N2O.
