For as much as I like to tinker, I have a great deal of difficulty altering my path once I find something that works. Conversely, Aki is always game for trying something new. She digs, discovers and explores. That is usually why I ask her to make the dough. When she makes it I never know what we will get. But what I do know is I have a great chance of being exposed to something new that allows me to discover and begin tinkering in a direction I had not thought of.
